ANILIO PARK SKI RESORT<\/h3>\n

The Anilio Ski Resort<\/strong> is the newest ski resort in Greece, having first opened in 2012<\/strong>. Since November 2017<\/strong>, its management and operation have been undertaken by My Adventure<\/strong>, a company specializing in the organization of sporting events.<\/p>\n

Situated in the Pindus mountain range<\/strong>, the resort reaches an altitude of 1,850 metres<\/strong>, with its base at 1,680 metres<\/strong>. One of its key advantages is its easy and direct access via the Egnatia Odos motorway<\/strong>, just 7 km from the Anilio exit<\/strong>, with 24-hour snow-clearing services ensuring accessibility during the winter season.\n\nCombined with its idyllic mountain landscape \u2014 reflected in the name of its highest peak, \u201cG\u00fczel Tepe\u201d<\/strong>, meaning \u201cbeautiful ridge\u201d<\/strong>, a name dating back to the Ottoman period \u2014 Anilio Park has become a popular destination both for winter sports enthusiasts and for visitors wishing to experience and enjoy nature.<\/p>\n

The route from the village of Anilio<\/strong> to the Ski Resort is easily accessible via a fully paved road that winds through the forest, offering beautiful views of Anilio and Metsovo<\/strong> facing each other across the valley.\n\nThe resort features nine (9) ski runs<\/strong> suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. They are served by an 800-metre-long two-seater chairlift<\/strong> reaching the summit at 2,056 metres<\/strong>, as well as two baby lifts<\/strong>. The resort also operates two snow groomers<\/strong> for slope maintenance.<\/p>\n

At the base of the resort, there is a small chalet<\/strong> offering ski and snowboard equipment rental<\/strong> for visitors of all ages, as well as sledges for younger guests<\/strong>.\n\nThe chalet also serves hot and cold beverages, coffee and water<\/strong>, providing a welcoming place for skiers and snowboarders to relax and recharge during their break.<\/p>\n
